    With a population of 70,000, the city of Redlands has a friendly and

    historic downtown area within walking distance of campus. Redlands

    boasts 300 days of sunshine every year.  The small-town charm within a

    city is just a short bike or free shuttle ride from campus. You’ll find yourself

    enjoying a cup of coffee during finals at Augie’s Coffee House, savoring one

    of the over 70 pizza combinations at Gourmet Pizza Shoppe or indulging in

    institution that awards up to $30,000 a year

    in merit (academic) scholarships and up to $15,000

    in need-based  scholarships each year.  In addition,

    Redlands guarantees that all students will

    graduate in 4 years, which means you will be

    able to start graduate school or career sooner.
